We're going to be tearing it all down as it is quite old. The covered area is about 10 years old, but smaller than we want.
We plan to make a wrap around porch that will open to a larger covered area with a fireplace and outdoor kitchen. Down in the grass area right below it all will be an...
Great question. I recently did a select flat in MB gasser. Cooked it at around 250° at the rack and took it to about 170° internal. Wrapped it tightly in foil and took it to just under 200° and was probe tender followed by the FTC resting.
Because it was select, it was dry. Normally I only...
Mine...love this thing. It has the rotisserie, charcoal insert and smoke box. I'm waiting for Napoleon to build the griddle insert plates for the Prestige 665.
Spent the last two days emptying our storage units. Monday the Napoleon gas grill made it here and I used it for a tri-tip. Yesterday the KJ Classic came home. I spent some time cleaning them both (lots of dust).

It's nice to have the kids home!

I grew up in The Golden State where my favorite teams were the Rams and 49ers.
We've now lived in The Show Me State for 10 years and became Chief fans.
Go Chiefs!
Same here. Once in awhile, when I buy a packer, I will separate the point and flat, cut the flat in half, freeze and smoke each half and then use the point for burgers.
Now I'm hungry and my stuff won't be out of storage until next week. :emoji_disappointed:
First, we've all been there. I almost lost my Man Card first time I "smoked" ribs. It was ugly.
Now I pretty much follow the advice given me so many years ago, echoed here by Crazy. I now know so much more about smoking, thanks to the fine people on SMF, to the point where I know when I can...
Yes, Jim. The first one is the HF rig that I've used to talk to Russia, French Polynesia, England, etc. The second, smaller unit, uses FM where I've contacted the ISS, or uses digital com via computers to talk to folks anywhere on the planet!
