Used kosher chicken thighs (already brined) and a basic rub recipe. Combo of cherry wood chunks and hickory chips. Also, made a garlic mashed potatoes that's getting nice and smoky in there!

Ok, here's what I tried this time. A combo of hickory chips soaked in foil, and you can barely make out two cherry chunks wrapped in tin foil. Though, looking like lots of white smoke now....
