Welcome to the forum!!! I would have to agree with SmokinAl on Jeff's rub. It doesn't have much heat but you can can tweak it to your liking. I have been using Jeff's rub for a long time and have only tweaked it a very small amount. It is great the way it is too.
Well it's been a long time since I have posted so I figured I better post q-view with my long absence. Pork loin in the WSM, grilled sliced pine apple on weber OTG with Turbinado Sugar lightly sprinkled on them to get a nice caramelisation and then sauteed veggies.
I know this may be late but, All you really need is on washer on each support. Plus you can still use the original bolts your wsm came with. I had the same problem and this was an easy fix.
As title. I didn't seem to dig up to much on the inerweb. I found a few but looking for for a little spice and plan on using apple wood pellets in my esm. So the will be cold smoked.

I started my seasoning! I had to clean it twice with oven cleaner but boy oh boy is it looking good now. I am going to do it a few mores after the first is done to give it a nice heavy seasoning. Glad I took the time to do it right.
