I got a couple of small pork loins, a little under 28oz. I haven't done these before, so I am not sure of the time and temp, well mainly the time. I plan on wrapping them with bacon, and smoking in my GOSM charcoal, with hickory and cherry or apple. Any help would be greatly appeciated...

I am still learning myself, so I'm not 100%. You can smoke it at either time, but I believe you get a better smoke flavor when you start with fresh raw meat.

When I got mine a couple months ago the best I could find was just around $40 before s/h ($40.54 to be exact). Now the ET-7s go for around $30? I'd bet if someone offered $20-$25 he'd probably take it, maybe.
