    What's up y'all, thought I would share my first smoking attempt. Picked up an 8lb pork butt and smoked it with the Slow n' Sear on my 22'' kettle. I used hickory for the smoke, and ended up cooking for about 14 hours to a final temp of 199-200F. It was delicious, let me know what you guys...
