Reminds me of the Costco chicken bake, but 10X better!

I saw a YouTuber yesterday do a variation of beer can with a pineapple. He just cut straight down the sides of the core, leaving about 2" of the bottom, then slid the chicken on that for the ride. Not sure that would appeal to my taste buds, thought.

Cherry Coke ribs for me. Plus I found a 4-rib piece, saved from a beef rib roast in the freezer, all by its lonesome. So I invited it to the party. Pulled from the cherry coke brine after 36 hours. 2 hours in.

Love it! Reminds me of a modern day Partridge Family, except good. If they ever come up to the Seattle area, I'm definitely buying tickets.
