    Hi Gary. My plan was to take it off the grill at 148 degrees ( used a thermapen), but ended up talking to my neighbor and ended up pulling it at 152 degrees. Probably ended up on the medium side, but was still pretty juicy.

    Took a very simple recipe / method but added a twist! Injected the loin with an apple juice and maple syrup mixture. Then put on a sweet and spicy mustard, Stubbs pork rub (that's all I had), brown sugar and salt. Wrapped and refrigerated. Took out after a couple hours and let sit for a bit...
