    Man those are gonna be good! I have never made focaccia. Only made boule and load SD. Is the main difference pushing the dough out in the pan and the EOO drizzle? I am sure that is a massive over simplification. But, what are the basic steps you use? If you dont mind sharing.

    Watch Duty is priceless! We also use PulsePoint for watching for emergency calls. Some small fires only hit PP.
