You shooting for with the chuck roast as far as dish you were making and how did you cook it ?
I do like InkBird products. I have a few of their products. And they've served me well. I use this in the kitchen just about everyday. Though not instant read. It's pretty darn quick.

I have not been a fan of either of my inkbird wireless thermometers wireless and Bluetooth . The case has to be almost in the grill grate with them or else they disconnect and they and been such a pain that I don’t even use them. Would not recommend. Thinking about it now. I don’t use my inkbird...
Got it, thanks guys.
Ok, these are out and sprayed (just at the sink, there's only 4 lbs). I'll post up the last images from the Inkbird app, sticks, etc.
These turned out the best of what I've done so far. I won't say perfect, but I could eat the whole 4 lbs now.

It's showing $279 (30% off) for the 8 probe double set, with a code of "14BWT" for another $80 off, and it appears to be stackable for a final price...
That's in the settings of the PID . On an Auber 1510 you would raise the value of I . Not sure if the Inkbird is the same .
I was wondering if it's rated for 1500 watt element .
I just have the InkBird Humidity and Temp controllers.
Use them for curing and drying sausage.
Been working fine, but I only use the a couple times a year.
...like a crab boil to bag with shrimp than could cook as long a wanted to without over cooking shrimp? What do you think? I do have an old Inkbird sous vide that keeps shutting off but might make it work long enough be able to just use in in the seasoned water. My thinking is will be able to...
Anyone else order the new Inkbird INT-21-B and not receive it yet? I ordered one a day or so after Inkbird advertised the new release here. PayPal confirmed my order, but nothing yet from Inkbird.
The pid is an Inkbird. Can’t remember which one. It just overshoots when I raise the temp but then evens out and runs good until I raise the temp again.
