Do you leave your pellet grill plugged in?

You didn't seriously think Rec Teq was going to say it was OK to leave it plugged in, did ya?? Rec Teq (and everybody else) is playing cover-our-ass.

Do you leave your pellet grill plugged in?

If I had a GFCI and a surge suppressor, I would leave mine plugged in all the time.

In the market for a new smoker. Any recommendations?

Too bad we didn't live a little closer to each other. I would make you a heluva deal on a Weber 22" kettle with a vertical extender ring and a BBQGuys rib rotisserie.

In the market for a new smoker. Any recommendations?

Weber Smokey Mountains absolutely rock and are the best value. Harry Soo has won many, many competitions with his. I love my 18". I do not use the water pan at all. No need for it.

    ✨✨ SMF Upgrade - Feedback Thread ✨✨

Maybe this has already been discussed: Yesterday, when I clicked the SMF shortcut, I ended up at a Smoking Meat "landing zone" (or something to that effect). This was even in the URL. This happened twice in the afternoon, but didn't show up again. Any clues???

Wow!! I would have never guessed that. Urbana, OH is about 50 miles away from where I found the sign. Thank you very much!!

    Urbana Chief sign

Does anybody know anything about this broken wooden sign I found several years ago? It seems to be talking about a train, but I can't find anything on the InnerWebz about it. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

    14 " WSM . Small but mighty .

I have an 18" WSM, love it. Harry Soo says to mainly regulate temps by adjusting the top vent. If you get the top vent closed too far, then close one of the bottom vents some until the top is about halfway. Since Harry says to do this, that's what I do. The man is a wizard with WSM's.
