How did you like the expresso on the tri tip

I keep mine in garage and roll out when needed. So always unplugged.

I usually use the Traeger coffee rub. The last time I used one I bought at a farmers market. It was good also.

We are staying at ShaSha resort. Couldn’t convince fam to do the houseboat. Turned to be a lucky move. Wife had shoulder surgery two weeks ago and would not have enjoyed the houseboat. I’ll post some pics and a review upon return.
