My surname is oosthuizen and they called me oosie in the army , I am from somerset wes south africa and I am only starting to smoke meat from the beginning of 2015 . I build my own smoker out of two 210 l oil drums , and bussy building a new one [ drums is to thin and can't keep heat ].
