I liked the idea of braiding the loin from the website. I used a whiskey, garlic and rosemary marinade and wove bacon into the braid. I made my own rub. The ribs were 2-2-1 baby backs I used Apple juice and homemade butter when they were wrapped. Sorry, no pics of the bacon bombs, but they...
