It's a cold Monday here in nebraska going to get some snow tomorrow so why not smoke a pork loin something simple. Have a 4 pound loin rubbed down with Greek seasoning going to glaze it with some jalapeño jelly when it reaches about 110 and pull it when it hits 140 to 145 I hope the glaze works...
