    It's a cold Monday here in nebraska going to get some snow tomorrow so why not smoke a pork loin something simple. Have a 4 pound loin rubbed down with Greek seasoning going to glaze it with some jalapeño jelly when it reaches about 110 and pull it when it hits 140 to 145 I hope the glaze works...

    Well Monday is my day off so I thought I would try my hand at a pork loin. It's just under 5 pounds I rubbed it down with some mustard and rub and the let it soak it up. Also put on a big pan of veggies. I love my veggies and will eat these with lunch this week too. All in and ready to go...
