Pork Butt - Smoker temp 175 - (my failure)
Here we are again. Another smoker temp issue. 10lb butt. Was a sealed butt, Washed and slathered with mustard and used a Dry rub (Butt Rub) Started the smoker @ 11 pm. Smoker started out at 225. Temp probe inserted about 15 min in. Did not pay attention to the ambient temp. Opened...- w0000zy
