Need help with cook time
I have a 10lb pork butt but I am against a time constraint. If I were to cut it into two 5 lb pieces and cook them at the same time, can I expect that they would be completed in a 5 lb time? i am using a Traegergrill Thant has plenty of room in it. I am not usually into manipulating cook times...
