    Royal Oak tiny lumps.

Out of the 4 or 5 brands of lump I have used I find RO the most consistent on size and burn.

    Smoke Tubes

I use the small tube in my 2 door propane Masterbuilt smoker.  I just set the tube on the bottom rack off to the side.  Also make sure your pellets are dry.  I didn't close the bag one time and I was having fits keeping the pellets lit.

    Christmas reindeer turds

1.5 hours and time for some BBQ sauce. When it comes to store bought sauce my go to is sweet baby ray's honey BBQ. I'm normally not a honey BBQ fan but this stuff rocks.

    Coal brickets

I tried cowboy coal this summer and was not impressed.  Quick burn and a lot of ash. Royal oak all the way.

    Hello from Grand Rapids

Hello fellow smokers. This past spring I thought I'd give smoking a try. I picked up a ECB and was immediately hooked. So much so that I just upgraded to a propane master built. I'm looking forward to learning more and enjoying my new hobby.
