Try a new spin on fried ckn. Cut ckn in strips, coat with Pam nonstick spray. Crush up a half a can of prigles potato chips, dredge ckn and cook at 350 in oven 15 min each side until golden brown. Taste just like old fashion fried ckn. Try it and you will love it!! Happy cooking.
Have tried all marinades from Kona Coast, there at Bi Lo, orange and pineapple terriyaki, ginger washabi and there is one more. There awesome on anything.
Is there different grades of brisket? Bought a whole brisket and had it cut in 4 lb ers. I have had others that didn't seem to be as grainy and tender. Thanks, enjoying the site!
Have any of you tried Kona Coast marinades? I have tried them all and they're awesome: pineapple teriyiki, Ginger Wahhabi, orange teriyiki and one other I cant remember. Check em out at Bi Lo. Probably make some good wings
So you are saying that you fill a 16x16 space except for area under coffee can? How many pounds would you guess you use per smoke?
