Just a little information for you. Smokin' Hawkeye Rev is my brother. We live a few hours apart and I directed him to this site. We both enjoy grilling, smoking, fishing, and baseball.

I have a side box smoker and have had trouble keeping my brisquet and ribs tender when smoked. Although I am improving at both, I am open to any advice to help improve things
