Quick question
Hello everyone, I'm new to the board and I'm looking for a little advice. I would like to make some pulled pork this weekend for my father and wanted to know if it would be better to smoke a 7-8 lb butt or smoke two smaller butts (3-4lbs)? Time is also a factor! Thanks in advance- theundadawg904
