I finally got some legit inkbird thermometers and and smoking a whole chicken .... only problem is my camp chef dlx is set at 275 but i put two probes lose in the grill to monitor the temp of the grill it self and its reading 145 max .... is that normal ?
First time pellet snoker here going to try a pork butt tomorrow .... any and all advice is appreciated .... picked up this camp chef for $200 only a year old and gave me a propane tank and three bags of pellets !!!
