I've got a trimmed brisket and a couple of slabs of rib to smoke Sunday. My question is would it be alright to rub with my seasoning and wrap tonight to cook starting Saturday night with the brisket and ribs Sunday or should I freeze after seasoning. They were not frozen when I bought them so I...
Oh I'm not going anywhere, I like it here...lol. I guess I'm like a lot of others just not crazy about changes; but it will get easier with time I'm sure.
