North Texas Newbie
Wanting to take my smoking skills to a new level. Finally upgraded to an Oklahoma Joe Highland, from an old old little Brickman which was OK for chicken and ribs but not the big stuff. Looking forward to the great info the SMF members post here. Thanks.- sumatrajoe
