Curious to know if you bought one of these. Have been researching vertical charcoal smokers and Humphrey's seems to have some really nice units. If you did buy one, what's your experience? If not, what did you go with instead?
Cool! I've often oven finished myself. Only problem with that is the powerfully hunger inducing smell it introduces into the house. Glad it worked out for you.
