Got into smoking meats a long time ago. Something about creating a fantastic meal from harvesting ,butchering and cooking all the way through is very satisfying. I have two boys , one 5 years and the other 7 months. And a great woman! I have a few hobbies but my favorite would be making sausage. My 5 year old loves to help and is actually very accomplished in the kitchen for his age. Hunting and fishing are a big part of my life even though I dont get to do as much as I used to. Passing all the things we learn about like smoking and curing meats along to our young ones is what its all about for me.
