    Cure 1 (Pink Salt) question

    Can Cure 1 go bad?  My "Pink Salt" has turned from being pink to a pale color.  It was stored in a Rubbermaid container with the lid on...kinda airtight but not perfect.  Will it still hold its cure powers?

    Got it and cleaned it up...works GREAT!!! I measured from the blade and it is about 10.5 inches...cant wait to try making some bacon...
