I've never smoked a brisket before and was curious on proper ways to prepare, cook, and after I pull off grill. It's only a 4 lb brisket. Didn't want to bite off more then I could chew. I'm using a charbroil grill. Could bef use pointers. Thanx
New to smoking on grills here. I have a roughly 3 to 4 lb brisket and would like to smoke it on my Charbroil Charcoal grill. I don't have the side coal warmer so I'm curious on not only best ways to properly smoke it but ways to treat it after I take off grill? Thanks
