    Panic Time!

    Smoking on a Primo Grill. 20lb rib roast average temp is probably around 230, unless all of my gauges are wrong! 5 hours into it and temps of meat are around 130! I am thinking there is NO WAY, but things do see to finosh quicker in the Primo. Thoughts? And if it is done, what to do, what to...
