    Hey fellas! First time caller,long time listener lol. Trying my first time smoking this morning on my Pit Boss pellet grill. Got it preheating up to 225, shoulder is out, washed and patted dry. Went with a mustard. And a cracker girl spice with cracker girl sweet (sweet has cinnamon and sugar)...
