    Grillaholics Grill Mats

@Rings R Us  I like the grill mats a lot. The grill marks are questionable, I may need to do some more testing to know for sure.

    Grillaholics Grill Mats

Tried out these grill mats for some steak and shrimp. You can see the nice even line on the filet. I mainly bought the mats for things like shrimp and asparagus. so they don't fall through the grates. They did really well on the steaks as well. I still got the charcoal char on the...

Trying out new rib rack and a new rub (W/ Q-View)

@c farmer  I run my smoker with charcoal for the heat and wood chunks for the smoke. I generally will make a pile of unlit charcoal on the right side of the box and put a lit chimney full on the left side and put a couple chunks in throughout. I have had problems with temp swings in this smoker...

Trying out new rib rack and a new rub (W/ Q-View)

@ChileRelleno  The mac & chees is pretty simple. I don't have an exact recipe, but I just wisk together  half & half and the cheese soup. Once its warmed through I add shredded cheese. Then mix with cooked pasta. I try to make more sauce than I think I need because I like my mac and cheese...

Vacuum Pickles ***Update*** 4 Days Later!!

I saw @SmokinAl SmokinAl's vacuum pickle post and I had to try. A buddy of mine had some extra cukes from his garden so I used those. I ended using sea salt. I thought I could use kosher salt, but I read that Morton's Kosher Salt had anti-caking agent in it. So, I weighed out a 1/4 cup and...
