    Thanks boomerangg22, I'm going to be a little late for the party, but you can't rush perfection. I had them at 225 over night. I was a little nervous doing an overnight smoke with a new unit. But now I know I can crank her up a little like I did with my last smoker.

    That's typically what I use. A little dry rub, some canola oil, and beer. Works good and taste great!
