I fired it up twice to start seasoning it and on the second burn some of my welds on the larger fb shell split,i was trying to make my not so nice looking welds look good but i took too much off with the grinder.A quick re weld and i think its good to go.

I lit her up and she ran great! It took about an 3/4 of an hour for the main smoker to reach 220-240 and once there because of the thick steel maintained a steady temp for some time.
I put up the heat and had some welds let go on the big firebox outer shell i think because i had ground them...
