    I lit her up and she ran great! It took about an 3/4 of an hour for the main smoker to reach 220-240 and once there because of the thick steel maintained a steady temp for some time. I put up the heat and had some welds let go on the big firebox outer shell  i think because i had ground them...

    since there was no room for counter balance arms i went with garage door spring and they work great!
