My husband and I love smoked oysters! We live on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, namely Powell River, BC. We have done a bit of smoking in the past, with a homemade smoker. Now we have a small "Chief" and have been told they work quite well. Can hardly wait to use your recipe this weekend. We will let you know how everything turns out, which I am sure it will be great. Being "seniors", we are not as active as we used to be but still try to keep up with everything and everybody!!!
