    Butts just came off at 1045. Probed like butter. I guess I will put them in a cooler till about noon. Pull them. Then put the oven on warm at hold them at 150 til 4.

    Louisana 7 series. Its great when it works...lol. it's throwing error codes again. Probably need a new temp sensor. And yes, it's the XL 1400. Love the space. Really well constructed. I've been wanting a recteq for over a decade. Finally pulled the trigger after the other smoker acted up again.
