I did a cold smoke trial on some bacon with the AMNPS tube smoke generator..and I use it in my SV 24...
I noticed smoke was billowing out of the smoker.. I cut it short in fear of over smoking.. and good thing.. it’s still too smoky but at least edible..

Ya that was the one I was referring to..Just didn't hear how it worked for him..
Does that simply replace the regulator/feed line on the smoke vault?
Do you know anyone if that screws right on to the burner?
Not on hand.. I'll look into how to plug to holes once I get a needle valve kit..
Anyone on here know what kit might work best for the SV?
One guy I saw got the Bayou but he didn't report back how it worked for him..

Yes it is a propane unit..but my burner doesn't look anything like that..not sure that nails would work..
A needle valve kit is definitely something that I need to look into though..
With the tube smoke generator is there a preferred spot in the smoker...

I've had a SV now for about a year and really like it.
However I've had an issue achieving lower temps.. I saw on here using AMPS helps this.
The questions I have is.. what type of AMPS...
