Smoker grill combo?
Hi , looking for some advise. Was looking to do a duel purpose smoker, looking to make a brick argentinian bbq grill with a chimney and side walls but to fit removable steel doors this would allow me to grill but then if i wanted to smoke i could fit and close the doors, open a flap in the side...- Scot Al
