Daveomak sorry if I offended you with my comment it was meant as a joke about the STTP not the ham. The link you gave me to Amazon showed most of this product being used as a cleaning agent, along with the food grade stuff. I think you understood what I was getting at. As far as- sam307

I’m searching for the most recent posting of Daveomak injection cure for curing a ham. This is the only one I’ve found so far. I also came across a post by Diggindog who posted a calculator on curing. Can I use this for Daveomak recipe? Makes the math easy. I can only get frozen pork butts or...- sam307

Hello from Inner Banks of North Carolina. Looking forward to learning as much as I can. At present I only have a Char-Griller gas grill with a drum smoker attachment. I’m using an A-Maze-N smoker tube for smoke creation in the drum attached to the grill. So far so good with short smoking times.
