Boneless ribeye roast in fridge
I bought 2 roast from Costco yesterday. They were wrapped in selophane on the styrofome plate. I am not smoking till Christmas eve. I was told to take out and wrap in cheesecloth on rack in a pan will this work. I hope I didn't just throw money down the drain. I don't have a separate dry aging...- saltine360

Brisket grease drippings

Long time stalker first time introduction
Hey every one. New member but been on this site for awhile. I am in new york now and now have 3 smokers. I have the dyna glo vertical and an electric smoker but felt that was not giving me what i needed.
