    Boneless ribeye roast in fridge

    I bought 2 roast from Costco yesterday. They were wrapped in selophane on the styrofome plate. I am not smoking till Christmas eve. I was told to take out and wrap in cheesecloth on rack in a pan will this work. I hope I didn't just throw money down the drain. I don't have a separate dry aging...
