    Pellets in a Propane Smoker?

    I've been looking for some new flavors to try and smoke with.  I ran across BBQr's Delight (http://bbqrsdelight.com/) I have a Smoke Hollow 34" upright propane smoker and have always used woodchips.  Looking for input as to the use of Pellets in my smoker/smokers like it.  Do the pellets work...

    Just sharing my super simple American Fry recipe that can be done on the grill I use a foil pan and cut up (cube) about 1.5 average sized potatos per person then I pour in about 1/4 cup of Olive oil, season with Black Pepper & Rosemary Garlic seasoning to taste. Mix/toss it all together...

    Need Gloves ASAP! Where & What Kind?

    I use Latex or Nitrile as long as they're powder free.  I am however trying to find a permanent source where I can buy them in XL without begging my friend who's a Nurse to help me get some.  Only places I've found them online require buying a case, and I want to just buy them 1 box at a time.

    High Temp Cooking Gloves

    I use the leather gloves from Man Cave, they work really well, may not work for the hottest of stuff, but I have no problem pulling anything out of the smoker with them. Go to: http://www.mancaveryan.com/ Select BBQ Tools, then look for the Grilling Gloves
