Smoking pork butt
I'm on a Tejas wood smoker. Been on for nearly 6 hours at 225, or so.. Been trying to keep it regulated but it's been kinda fluctuating. Been as hot as 275, think I've finally got where I need it. First time using this smoker. Any tips on making this butt fall apart?- redmond1013
