Still here and still cooking!
I've cooked on this thing every day except for a few 100 deg plus days. Burgers, steaks, chicken, brats, and breakfast every morning! I know I promised pictures but I'm still learning. Porkchops and some ground lamb are next on the list! I sure enjoy seeing what you guys are...- Reddog69

Captiva Designs. It's a cheap one. After getting the legs on by myself, it was probably the easiest thing I have ever put together. With my one day expertise as a flat top owner, it seems to work well.- Reddog69

First cook was a success! Just simple bacon, eggs, and (slightly burned) toast. It went a little fast for me to take pics. I will post some soon!- Reddog69

Another new guy!
I'd stay out of the griddle forum, unless you're ready to spend some money! The things those guys cook look amazing! From bacon and eggs, Philly cheesesteak, burgers, fried rice.......It goes on forever lol. -

Another new guy!
Just joined this evening (been reading all day) and just ordered my griddle. Captiva Designs 3 burner. It's pretty cheap but had good reviews. I can't wait to get started. The threads I have read in the flat top section have made me hungry!
