Does pink salt go bad?
I have some instacure #1 and #2 5-7 years old. It is dry and has been generally in the dark. There is not a "best by" date. It looks fine and is still granular (i.e., not clumped). Is it OK to use? Or given low cost better to play it safe and replace? thanks, Rand- Rand
