    First time smoking.

    Well, I have an Akorn Jr Kamado, seasoned the grill yesterday and prepared some chicken wings and drumettes with some rub and put in the fridge overnight ready for the first time smoke this morning. Trying chicken wings just so I get some idea as to how to control the temperature. Pretty cold...
