    I like a buffalo sauce so I melt a stick of butter in a pan with some garlic and let it cool a bit. Then I add Franks hot sauce and throw it into the blender until it thickens an turns a bright red/orange color.  Throw in some homemade Budweiser blue cheese dressing and I am in heaven :-)

    Hi y'all. I love to cook and picked up an electric smoker last year and love using it. My new favorite thing to smoke are wings. 2.5hrs, sauced, and a quick char on the grill and man are they good. Looking forward to hearing about new techniques and rubs to try.
