LOVE pork belly burnt ends. Cube, season, smoke and then roll in a chosen sauce in a pan in the smoker for a bit.
I came across a finishing sauce that was delicious!
Melted butter, brown sugar, maybe some Dr Pepper?
Anyone recognize this? I’d love at least the appropriate proportions.
