PID Controller Help for Masterbuilt Analog Smoker.
I've been using my Napoleon bbq as a Smoker for a year now and happen to win a 30" masterbuilt analog Smoker. I want to build a pid controller but all the guides I found use an ssr and DC output. Just started getting into smoking. Been using my Napoleon natural gas bbq and am looking to get a smoker. I've been reading lots and there's so much still left to learn. I just hope I can still smoke when winter shows up again!
