Smoking meat questions?
Has anyone out there smoked a large hog? I mean around 300+ lbs, we've smoked a 180lber last year, turned out great, our only option right now is this big gilt. Corn feed in close quarters all by herself, price is right. we would quarter her up. Do you think the meat would be good?? thank you
