Been using Lumber Jack for years and like them pretty well. I recently moved and have had to use Kingsford for the past six months. They are very similar to LJ, though a bit more expensive (at least in my area). I would recommend either brand.
That looks amazing!! How do you like the Ooni? I've been looking at the pellet one for a few months and trying to convince myself that I "need" it. Pizza on the pellet smoker is pretty darn good so I was thinking a pizza oven that uses pellets sounds like it would be the best of both worlds.
As you may or may not know, I love me some rustic/artisan sourdough; it makes great toast, goes well with most foods, smells great. BUT, there is one place where it falls a bit short; when I put jelly or butter or mayo or something like that it tends to fall through the holes into my lap or on...
