High Temps
Forgive me all, I am a noob at smoking but I am patiently trying to figure it out. I purchased a propane smoker and have been trying to keep my temps down, the lowest I have been able to get it to us 300 degrees F. All the vents are closed and the gas is as low as I could get it. Any suggestions...- Nore03
